Ну, смотря какая вышка и смотря в какой стране. И потом, что подразумевается под словом "прикупить"? Получить поддельный аттестат или за деньги пройти ФОРМАЛЬНОЕ обучение? Если второе, то я этим и занимаюсь: плачу с трудом скопленные за год деньги за то, чтобы меня ничему не учили, но в итоге МОЖЕТ БЫТЬ я получу диплом об окончании престижного вуза... :(
